The original design of the property will be totally redesigned as part of this requalification project, resulting in spaces that are broader, easier to access, and, most importantly, more comfortable.

It has one suite w/ closet, one bedroom and a kitchen that is connected to the dining area. Using sliding wooden panels and a cabinet to support the multipurpose area, the living room was designed to transform into a completely separate, isolated room.

In order to enjoy the outside space more comfortably without compromising the inside space, the project also includes an expansion in the balcony space.

The overall interior design respects the architectural concepts of Modernism and Japanese Brutalism widely advocated by the author of the work. The use of quality materials and finishes such as wood, stone, metal and glass defends this style while giving the apartment a modern and extremely relaxed touch.
